The Supreme Court on Same-Sex Marriage, Affirmative Action, and Voting Rights

Professor Richard Friedman will moderate a panel discussion featuring law professors speaking about Supreme Court cases from the last term: Sam Bagenstos, speaking about Hollingsworth v. Perry, and United States v. Windsor, the same-sex marriage cases; Joan Larsen speaking about Fisher v. University of Texas, the affirmative action case; and Ellen Katz, speaking about Shelby County v. Holder, the Voting Rights Act case.

This event is free and open to the public. A reception will immediately follow.
