We tend to think of our websites as platforms for pushing out information we want to share. But does that vision match our users' expectations?

Christopher Billick, Director of Digital Media for the University of Michigan, has some answers. His team's analysis of the University gateway and user behavior throughout the UMich website puts him in the unique position to talk to departmental users. WHO is visiting our websites? WHAT are the looking for? WHERE else are they turning for information? And HOW can we ensure our content reaches its intended audience? Please join us to learn more.

To get to Keene Theater, East Quad, basement:
Enter the building via the class access door at the north entrance on E. University, near Willard. After entering the building, continue straight ahead and take the stairs on your left to the basement. At the bottom of the stairs, turn right, then immediately left. This hallway takes you directly to the Keene Theater lobby.

If you need an entrance without stairs, there is a ramp at the south entrance on E. University, near Hill. Call the East Quad Community Center staff at 734-764-0100 to open the door and direct you to the elevator.
