Looking to create unusual gifts for friends and families? This class will examine the ways to make molded objects from chocolate such as eggs and filled bonbons.

Included will be video and live demonstrations, plus actual hands-on experience. The group will discuss each procedure and practice them by making their own creations. Because of group participation, the number of participants must be limited.

This class for those 50+ will meet for 90 minutes on Wednesdays from October 26 through November 9 and be led by instructor Sydney Kaufman.
