Come to the Art for Change Poetry Reading to read and/or listen to original poetry about social justice issues and social identities. Sign up to read by contacting Amy Ransom (acransom@umich.edu) or Bre Hernandez (bhern@umich.edu). We are students in the SSW’s Community Action and Social Change class. Walk-in poets are welcome, however spots for unscheduled readers are limited and not guaranteed. Free pizza will be served. This event is a fundraiser for local nonprofit, Ozone House. Ozone House serves young people in crisis or experiencing housing instability, ages 10-20, in Washtenaw County.
