Or debated how to wear your hair to an interview? Maybe you’ve considered adjusting the way you speak\, or which parts of your experience to share? Identities can be complex and ever-evolving\, affecting the way that we are seen and heard in the workplace. Even though recent research from the Harvard Business Review has shown that companies still think of identity in defined ways\, we know that notions of identity have shifted.  \n\nJoin us for this one day retreat to reflect and articulate the answers to questions like these.
