DESCRIPTION:LSA TS Infrastructure will be performing standard maintenance on the LSA Linux and Windows servers. These servers and services may be temporarily unavailable starting at 7:00 am on Saturday\, February 25. All LSA servers are expected to fully return to service by 3:00 pm\, Saturday\, February 25.\n\nWhat are we doing?\n\nWe're performing routine maintenance:\n\n• Applying software updates\n• Decommissioning physical equipment\n• Performing additional maintenance\n• Testing business continuity plans\n• Unracking decommissioned hardware\n• Installing hardware upgrades\n\nWhat services will be impacted and for how long?\n\nThe following services will have intermittent outages between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm Saturday\, February 25:\n\n• Bomgar screen-sharing\n• Citrix Digital Workspace\n• Distributed File System (DFS) links using \\dfs.lsa.umich.edu-based paths\n• Faculty\, Lab\, & Research Websites (FLR AKA sites.lsa.umich.edu)\n• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)\n• OpenShift-based services\n• SharePoint services for the college and university\n• SQL databases and reporting services\n• Unit Websites (AEM)\, but not the editing functions or the LSA Gateway\n• Windows Lifecycle Management System (WLMS)\n• Windows Web Application Hosting (WWAH)\n• WordPress for Instructors and Students (I&S AKA courses.lsa.umich.edu)\n\nIf you have any questions about this maintenance activity\, contact the LSA TS Service Desk (734.615.0100 x2) for assistance.
