They perform Trudy Kane\u2019s own transcription of the Faur\u00e9 Sonata; the Gieseking \u201cSonatine\u201d\u009d and the Frank \u201cSonata\u201d\u009d. American record Guide called this \u201c(a) fine recital\u201d\u009d and said \u201cKane uses variety in articulation and phrasing, instead of sheer power, to make these pieces energetic\u201d\u009d. Miss Kane has been a frequent solo artist.
