It also aims to engage a dialog of science and engineering research among graduate students across the entire College of Engineering.\r\n\r\nIntended as \"teaching through practice\" event, each session is structured to have student speakers (2-3 per session) make a timed (15-20 min) presentation on their graduate research to a broad engineering audience and a communications expert panel (3-4 panelists). Our expert panelists will provide constructive feedback to the speakers (and the audience), highlighting the positive aspects of each presentation and also indicating opportunities for improvement. This structure will allow for the speakers to receive specific feedback on their communication skills, while also providing the audience with generalized guidelines for good scientific communication.\r\n\r\nStarting mid-February and leading up to June, we will be organizing multiple sessions for this event, and we invite you to participate. The sessions will be held on Saturday mornings (9am - 11am), and will be scheduled to occur once every 2-3 weeks. Wang\u2019s large format photographic film works have been exhibited around the world at major museums, art centers, and galleries, playing a pivotal role in expanding the international art market for Chinese visual arts.\r\n\r\nFormally trained as a painter, WANG Qingsong now works more like a film director who gathers dozens \u2013 sometimes even hundreds \u2013 of participants to produce improvisatory works that comment on consumerism, urbanization and social change.
