DESCRIPTION:The Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is ourflagship global manufacturing graduate program at Merck. \n\nKick-start your career and get the opportunity to gain real-world experience while working on high-priority assignments!  The MLDP is a three-year program\, designed to give you experience in the core work necessary to manufacture andsupply Merck's products. Each employee will have three one-year rotationsacross our manufacturing division. Throughout the program\, a deliberate learning and development plan is applied to supplement the rotational experiences\, specifically to fortify professional and leadership skills. \n\nYou will receive coaching from senior leaders\, exposure to real life manufacturing challenges and training from industry leading scientists and engineers.
