DESCRIPTION:SMBC Explore is a unique one-day summit for junior and senior college students who are interested in a career within the financial services industry and are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited university. Select candidates will also have an opportunity to interview for our summer 2024 internship and analyst programs.\n\nThis event is open to all and provides an exclusive opportunity for participants tointeract directly with business professionals at SMBC who have a wealth of experience in their respective fields. In support of maintaining a diverse candidate pool\, we strongly encourage people of color\, women\, veterans\, people with disabilities\, members of the LGBTQ+ community\, and those in other diverse populations to apply.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about SMBC\, our emphasis on a culture of inclusion\, and why our firm is a great place for professional development and career growth.\n\nWe will be hosting two summits on September 1 and September 15 through a virtual platform.
