Michael Stokes Paulsen\, Distinguished University Chair and Professor of Law at University of St. Thomas School of Law\, will deliver a lecture entitled\, \"The Sweep and Force of Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment: The Constitution's Disqualification from Office of Oath-Breaking Insurrectionists.\" \n\nProfessor Paulsen is the co-author\, along with William Baude\, of an article forthcoming in the University of Pennsylvania Law Review titled The Sweep and Force of Section Three. \n\nThis event is co-sponsored by the Office of the Provost.
