The Center for the Education of Women at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor welcomes Ms. Jill Abramson as its 2013 Mullin Welch lecturer. Ms. Abramson is the first woman to be named Executive Editor of the New York Times in its 160 year history, previously working as managing editor and Washington bureau chief, and in several investigative roles for the Wall Street Journal.
