The 10th Annual Department of Neurology Training Grant Symposium
On Wednesday, May 15, 2013, Jeffrey L. Noebels, M.D., Ph.D., will present the keynote lecture, “The Expanding Epilepsy Genome, as the culmination of the 10th Annual Department of Neurology Training Grant Symposium. The Neurology Training Grant Symposium begins at 9:00 am sharp in the D. Dan and Betty Kahn Auditorium of the Taubman BSRB, followed by Dr. Noebels' lecture at 11:00 am. We encourage you to attend the full symposium to celebrate the achievements of our seven talented Neurology Training Grant awardees. Lunch for attendees will follow at noon in Seminar Rooms A-C in the BSRB.
Dr. Noebels’ concluding lecture promises to be exceptionally interesting. An international leader in the genetics of epilepsy, Dr. Noebels is the Cullen Trust for Health Care Endowed Chair, Professor of Neurology, Neuroscience, and Molecular and Human Genetics, Department of Neurology, and Vice Chair for Research at the Baylor College of Medicine.
