These servers and services may be temporarily unavailable starting at 7:00 am on Saturday\, July 11.\n\nWhat are we doing?\n\nWe're performing routine maintenance:\n\n• Applying firmware and software updates\n• Performing additional hardware and software maintenance\n• Testing disaster recovery plans\n• Unracking decommissioned hardware\n\nWhat services will be impacted and for how long?\n\nThe following services will have intermittent outages between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm Saturday\, July 11:\n\n• Bomgar screen sharing\n• DRRS applications\n• FileMaker database services\n• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)\n• Museums' Integrated Publishing Tool (IPT)\n• SharePoint services for the college and university\n• SQL databases and reporting services\n• TeachTech\n• Windows Lifecycle Management System (WLMS)\n• WordPress for Payments\n\nIf you have any questions about this maintenance activity\, contact the LSA TS Service Desk (734.615.0100 x2) for assistance.
