SUMMARY:Workshop / Seminar:Financial Empowerment Initiative
DESCRIPTION:In this interactive workshop\, participants will get curious about where their money beliefs come from\, hear from their peers about what they think about money\, and learn how to rewrite a money story that helps start to create a healthier relationship with money. \n \nThis event is the first of five for the Financial Empowerment Initiative. Find the full schedule of events. Participants are welcome to attend one or all events\, as able.\n \nThe Financial Empowerment Initiative (FEI) was developed by CEW+ as a series of workshops that teaches participants to understand the psycho-social and emotional factors impacting financial decision-making behaviors and the alignment of those behaviors with long-term goals. The FEI workshops focus on participants developing a better understanding of their own financial decision-making processes\, by exploring the underlying psychological\, social\, and generational roots that underlie their individual financial choices\, to become equipped with the self-knowledge to be empowered to take charge of their own financial well-being.
