DESCRIPTION:When Values Collide: Dialogue Across Generations is an interactive workshop that explores how generational experiences and value systems shape difficult conversations in classrooms\, workplaces\, and communities. Participants will examine how ideas about respect\, identity\, responsibility\, and communication influence dialogue across differences.\n\nThrough guided discussion\, reflective activities\, and dialogue practice\, the workshop encourages curiosity\, perspective-taking\, and open inquiry rather than debate or persuasion.
