DESCRIPTION:CHHASSEM's co-director of Medicine and Art Professor Daniel Whibley leads a conversation with Vijay Gupta\, author\, classical violinist\, mental health advocate\, and founder of the Street Symphony. Inspired in part by the recent publication of Gupta's memoir *Restrung.* Daniel and Vijay will be joined in conversation by Dr. Lindsey Mortenson\, Executive Director of University Health and Counseling and the co-director of Michigan's Institute for Social Prescribing. Other panelists may be added. The event is free and open to the public. This event is co-presented with the Ann Arbor Symphony and the School of Music\, Theatre & Dance. Note that Gupta will also speak at the Penny Stamps Talk Series on Thursday at the Michigan Theater at 5:30.
