She is the Founder of MEMStim \, a neurotechnology company\; Vissionaireum\, a venture studio for purpose-driven entrepreneurs\; and Spiritual Capital Inc.\, a nonprofit that equips leaders\, ministries\, and businesses to harness faith as capital for building ventures and creating lasting community impact. As Director of Training at the International Business Innovation Association (InBIA)\, Dr. Johnson leads the Creative Capital Access Collaborative (CCAC)\, an initiative advancing innovative approaches to capital access for entrepreneurs and the organizations that support them.
