DESCRIPTION:This presentation will explore how employee performance concerns intersect with other identities. We will show the interactive process and how it leads to successful performance conversations. You will examine how:\n\n-Workplace accommodations can influence performance outcomes\n-To thoughtfully balance performance-related conversations with accommodation discussions\n-Key stakeholders contribute to an effective and equitable process\n\nWe will use a case analysis to show how you can use this process in the workplace. We will also clarify key roles and responsibilities.
