SUMMARY:Livestream / Virtual:LSA Virtual Goal Setting
DESCRIPTION:Goal Setting (previosly Performance Planning) is a 2 hour course designed to help staff develop a performance plan.  This will be a hands-on workshop to help you think strategically about the goals of the work you do for your unit.  Preparing a performance plan is a requirement for all LSA staff (non-instructional\, non- bargaining for positions). The workshop will include:\n\n    -Suggestions on how to complete a performance plan \n    -Time to begin developing or revising your own performance plan for this coming year\n    -Recommended steps for holding a performance planning meeting with your supervisor or your staff member\n\nWe suggest that you bring your current job description\, job analysis or previous work plan to this session.  Employees who have taken this course before are welcome to repeat it as a refresher course.\n\nRegistration is required: New LSA staff members are automatically registered for LSA Goal Setting. If you are not a new LSA staff member\, please email Kim Lewandowski (kimski@umich.edu) to register.
