What impact does gratitude have on our mental and physical health?

Gratitude can improve relationships, help us cope with everyday stress, and increase our ability to feel more loving and forgiving. Research shows that this amazing virtue can also bring happiness, reduce anxiety and depression, and help us to sleep better.

In this interactive presentation you will hear about what gratitude can do for you, including specific and detailed steps to incorporate more gratitude in your life.

Please note: This session has a capacity of 50 participants and requires a minimum of 12 participants to be held. If fewer than 12 people have registered the day before the session is scheduled to occur, the session will be cancelled. We will send notice of cancellation 24 hours in advance and let you know when another session on the same topic has been scheduled.
