EEB Tuesday Lunch Seminar: Let's talk about stress
Kellie Carbone, Wolverine Wellness coach
Join us for our weekly brown bag lunch seminar.
EEB students and faculty are invited to attend this interactive workshop designed to unpack stress and learn coping strategies and other tools to thrive in the midst of our busy lives. Participants will have a chance to address personal challenges as well as discuss the unique challenges that grad students and their faculty face as they navigate what it means to be successful and live up to the title of "Leaders and Best." Kellie Carbone is a psychologist and wellness coach at Wolverine Wellness at University Health Service. She is a member of the LSA faculty, teaching courses on well-being, mindfulness and self-compassion for U-M students.
This seminar will be a great follow-up to our recent town hall meeting on mental health, so we hope to see everyone there!
Enjoy the rest of your (hopefully un-stressful) spring break!
