LSA TS Infrastructure will be performing standard maintenance on the LSA Linux and Windows servers. These servers and services may be temporarily unavailable starting at 6:00 am on Saturday, July 10. All LSA servers are expected to fully return to service by 6:00 pm, Saturday, July 10.

What are we doing?

We're performing routine maintenance:

• Applying software updates
• Performing additional maintenance
• Testing business continuity plans
• Unracking decommissioned hardware

What services will be impacted and for how long?

The following services will have intermittent outages between 6:00 am and 6:00pm Saturday, July 10:

• Bomgar screen-sharing
• Citrix Digital Workspace
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Museums collections services (CA, FileMaker, IPT, and Specify)
• OpenShift-based services
• SharePoint services for the college and university
• Web Hosting Environment (WHE, both cPanel and Omeka)
• WebCheckout (for both LSA and Stamps)
• Windows Lifecycle Management System (WLMS)
