DESCRIPTION:LSA TS Infrastructure will be performing standard maintenance on the LSA Linux and Windows servers. These servers and services may be temporarily unavailable starting at 6:00 am on Saturday\, July 10. All LSA servers are expected to fully return to service by 6:00 pm\, Saturday\, July 10.\n\nWhat are we doing?\n\nWe're performing routine maintenance:\n\n• Applying software updates\n• Performing additional maintenance\n• Testing business continuity plans\n• Unracking decommissioned hardware\n\nWhat services will be impacted and for how long?\n\nThe following services will have intermittent outages between 6:00 am and 6:00pm Saturday\, July 10:\n\n• Bomgar screen-sharing\n• Citrix Digital Workspace\n• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)\n• Museums collections services (CA\, FileMaker\, IPT\, and Specify)\n• OpenShift-based services\n• SharePoint services for the college and university\n• Web Hosting Environment (WHE\, both cPanel and Omeka)\n• WebCheckout (for both LSA and Stamps)\n• Windows Lifecycle Management System (WLMS)\n\nIf you have any questions about this maintenance activity\, contact the LSA TS Service Desk (734.615.0100 x2) for assistance.
