DESCRIPTION:Join U-M's Religious\, Secular and Spiritual Life and Fetzer Institute for an evening examining the power of sacred narratives to address some of the biggest questions of our day. A panel of scholar-practioners will explore the \"Our Shared Sacred Story\" project (Orbis Books\, 2025) examining the possibilities\, challenges\, and limitations of collaboratively retelling diverse religious narratives and writing a “polyphonic” shared sacred story to address global issues\, promote dialogue\, engage pluralism\, and strengthen both civic and academic understanding.\n\nJoin at 4:30pm for a reception and music\; panel to follow at 5:30pm. \nWhile the event is free\, registration is requested.
