The University of Michigan Psychological Clinic is excited to announce the return of our comprehensive\, evidence-based Strengthening Skills: ADHD Group for Adults this fall. Participants do not need an official ADHD diagnosis to join—any adult seeking practical tools for executive functioning is welcome.\n\nAbout the 8-Week ADHD Skills Group\n\nThis interactive\, in-person group program is designed to help adults develop stronger skills in organization\, prioritization\, and time management. Over eight weekly sessions\, participants will:\n- Learn and practice new strategies in a structured\, supportive environment\n- Gain confidence and growth alongside others who understand executive functioning challenges\n- Build a toolkit that will help manage daily responsibilities and stressors\n\nWhy Group Therapy?\nChoosing group therapy means you benefit from the collective experience and support of others facing similar challenges.
