DESCRIPTION:The Department of Psychiatry is pleased to present this Mind Matters educational webinar that will address what loved ones can do when a child in their life expresses suicidal thoughts and/or engages in self-harming behaviors.\n\nAccording to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)\, teenagers and young adults are most likely to self-harm\, with 17.2% of teenagers and 13.4% of young adults engaging in self-harm at some point.
