As an RLA fellow\, you will learn from a diverse set of peers from across the university\, receive 1:1 and group coaching\, and engage with powerful research and ideas advanced by Michigan Ross. RLA graduates emerge more confident\, more insightful\, and with a vision to fuel their emerging careers.\n\nRLA kicks off in the fall with an exciting event and wraps up in the spring with a closing celebration.
