DESCRIPTION:The Self Care workshop is open to any LSA student. This is an optional session for all students participating in the LSA Mentorship Program.\n \nDuring the workshop\, we will be discussing how to practice self-care as a college student and designing your own self-care plans. Food\, games\, and a mental health advocate will be available.\n\n\nWhat you’ll gain by attending:\n\n    Practical tools and insights for prioritizing mental health and self-care in your daily life.\n\n    Guidance from a mental health advocate to help you navigate stress and maintain balance.\n\n    A personalized self-care plan tailored to your needs and an opportunity to unwind with fun activities.\n\nRSVP now to be a part of the conversation. Lunch will be provide\n\nRSVP today to reserve your spot for this upcoming workshop. Once your RSVP is complete\, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the event details.\n\nThe Opportunity Hub aims to deliver inclusive and accessible experiences and welcomes all LSA students to participate. This event is on the first floor of a wheelchair accessible building which includes wheelchair-accessible restrooms on the first floor\, a gender-inclusive and accessible restroom on the first floor as well\, and places to sit or stand during the event. DESCRIPTION:The Arts and Anti-Racism will bring all three UM campuses together for an evening of impactful theater\, deep discussion about race and racism on our campuses\, and inspiration for making meaningful efforts to advance Anti-Racism at UM in celebration of the International Day for the Elimination of Racism. \n\nThis special event will feature:\nDinner on the Ann Arbor campus for participants\nA performance from CTRL Players crafted to illuminate anti-racism issues that exist in our communities and inform productive dialogue.\nA facilitated conversation led by students in small groups\n\nThis event is in partnership with The SMTD DEI Office\, The Office for Diversity\, Equity and Inclusion\, The Anti-Racism Collaborative\, U-M Dearborn\, U-M Flint\, The Arts Initiative\, The SMTD EXCEL Lab\, and The CRLT Players.
