DESCRIPTION:Investors of Tomorrow offers a unique learning opportunity for undergraduate students currently in their sophomore year. A virtual panel discussion on Tuesday\, December 10 from 5:00-6:00 pm EST will bring to life the work and personal experiencesof members across the Bain Capital platform\; and how our investment strategy and approach will differentiate your opportunity at Bain Capital. As a follow-up to this webinar session\, we will be inviting asmall group of students to our Boston office for half-a-day of programming followed by dinner on Thursday\, January 9. This in-person opportunity will give selected participants exposure to investment professionals across the Bain Capital platform. Team membersfrom a variety of backgrounds will lead sessions and content\, offering afirst-hand view of what it means to be an investor at Bain Capital. This is fully sponsored by Bain Capital – including travel to our Boston office and accommodations for those requiring it. To register for the December 10 panel discussion and to be considered for the in-personprogramming on January 9:\n\nPlease submit the following Workday registration no later than Tuesday\, December 10\, by 9:00 am EST  \n\nIn addition to submitting your Workday application\, we require candidates to complete the brief online assessment with our partners at the Predictive Index so that we can learn a bit more about yourability to process complex information.  \n We will not be able to consider your application until both theWorkday registration and Predictive Index assessments are complete.  *The assessment is broken-up into two sections –an untimed Behavioral Assessment\, which measures work and communication needs\, and a timed 12-minute Cognitive Assessment measuring a person’s capacity to learn\, adapt and grasp new concepts. Please set aside a totalof 15-20 undisturbed minutes to complete both assessments. Once you complete the Behavioral Assessment\, Predictive Index will email you a separate link to complete the timed Cognitive Assessment (this is a different link than the one above).
