DESCRIPTION:U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg will join the Ford School community for a conversation on the Biden-Harris Administration’s record in transportation\, including implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and its long-term investments in transportation and the built environment and supporting U.S. manufacturing. He also will address the administration’s work to invest in the long-term health of U.S. supply chains\, reducing emissions in the transportation sector\, emergency preparedness\, and road\, rail\, and airline safety.  \n\nThe live event is open to the Ford School community. Students\, faculty\, and staff will have a chance to discuss these and other policy issues with the Secretary.
