DESCRIPTION:Are you a student or postdoc researcher who is interested in evidence-based ways to optimize your mentor/mentee relationship in the lab? Visit our Engaged Mentee Canvas Site to learn more on the about the six themes that will be covered during the workshop are listed below:1. Understanding the Mentor/Mentee Relationship\n2. Aligning Expectations\n3. Diversity\, Equity and Inclusion in the Lab\n4. Managing Tension & Conflict\n5. Difficult Conversations\n6. Mentoring Plans to Build Effective Mentoring Relationships
