DESCRIPTION:Workshop Series designed to help first-year students flourish throughout their time at U-M. Rooted in the 8 dimensions of wellness identified in the Wolverine Wellness Wheel. In this session our guest speaker\, Dr. Reggie Walker will facilitate \"The Mask-Off: Showing My True Self\" Workshop.\n\n\"The Mask Off: Showing My True Self\" is an in-depth self-awareness workshop that asks participants to explore the different masks they wear in their daily lives and a means of discovering how these masks have been both helpful and harmful to them\, especially in their relationships with others\, personally and otherwise. The workshop will look at masking on a macro level from a historical standpoint while also looking at how and why individuals specifically choose to mask today.
