DESCRIPTION:**NEW DATE: Tuesday\, November 19th!**\n\nCome learn about the courses we offer in the Quantitative Methods in the Social Science (QMSS) program & what it takes to start and finish our 5-course\, 17 credit minor (with no prerequisites to get started!)! \n\nThis will be a hybrid event with QMSS Peer Mentors (current QMSS upperclassmen)\, faculty\, and staff present to talk to students about what our classes are all about and what you can do with the skills from our program after graduation. \n\nThe QMSS minor (and most of our courses!) is open to all students regardless of major or school/college. In person attendees will have snacks and QMSS swag to enjoy.

DESCRIPTION:Join us Tuesday\, November 19 from 6-8 pm EST for an in person screening of the documentary Warrior Lawyers: Defenders of Sacred Justice. We will have a follow up hybrid panel discussion starting at 7:25 pm.  Our panelists\, including Audrey Geyer\, film director\, and Matthew Fletcher from the University of Michigan Law School\, will explore the film's themes of Indigenous legal activism and the fight to protect sacred lands and treaty rights.  This event is hosted by DEI Office in collaboration with the LatinX and Indigenous Social Work Alliance. All are welcome to attend this important discussion\, and we encourage students\, staff\, and faculty to participate!
