DESCRIPTION:Participants will engage in an interactive and dialogic conversation about feedback in the workplace. We will review how to ask for feedback\, how to frame feedback you receive\, and how to give feedback. In addition we will talk about how to give power-conscious feedback.  What is the difference between power and authority when giving feedback? How do our social identities play a role in how we ask for\, receive\, and give feedback?
