The question then becomes\, how do we not only become aware of our biases\, but also work to overcome them?\n\n\nLearning Objectives:\nGain knowledge of societal biases and self-awareness of one's unconscious biases\nDevelop strategies to advocate for inclusion in light of unconscious bias\nThis workshop is designed for University of Michigan master's students\, doctoral students\, and postdoctoral fellows.
