Coverage of presidential candidates and competitive Senate and Congressional races will dominate news coverage relating to the election. Less attention will be paid to the numerous elected offices at the state and local levels\, and it can often be more difficult to find information about candidates running for these offices. However\, these offices are important and often have more of an impact on communities than federal offices.\n\nJoin Turn Up Turnout for a nonpartisan\, educational presentation on the importance of State and Local Government.
