DCM advises on structure\, price\, and strategy for primary market debt offerings\, often part of broader multi-product pitches.Structured Finance Group (SFG)The Structured Finance Group is responsible for the origination\, structuring\, and execution of structured finance products including Term ABS\, ABCP/ABL\, and CLOs\, among others. The team advises on structural execution alternatives and strategies\, provides market and pricing updates to new and existing clients\, and drives broader cross-sell opportunities for the Bank.High Yield Capital Markets (HYCM) The High Yield Capital Markets group is responsible for providing capital markets advisory for non-investment grade rated corporations and sponsor portfolio companies. DESCRIPTION:Michigan in Washington Program: Applications Now Open! The Michigan in Washington (MIW) program is accepting applications for Fall 2025 and early admission to Winter 2026. The application deadline is March 3\, and forms are available on M-Compass. For any questions\, email Amber Blomquist at akblomqu@umich.edu.\n\nWhat is Michigan in Washington?\n\nThe MIW program offers 20 students each semester (Fall or Winter) the opportunity to spend a semester in Washington\, D.C.\, combining coursework with an internship tailored to their interests. Participants work 32 hours per week (four days) at their internship\, attend classes\, participate in networking events\, hear from prominent speakers\, and enjoy cultural experiences in the nation's capital.\n\nBefore heading to D.C.\, students take a professional development course focused on internship search strategies\, resume and cover letter writing\, and effective networking and interview techniques.\n\nInternship Opportunities: Students are free to choose internships that align with their career goals. Examples include:\n\nGovernment and Policy: House Judiciary Committee\, Senate and Congressional Offices\, Department of Justice\, Federal Trade Commission\, SEC.\n\nInternational and Public Affairs: USAID\, Middle East Institute\, Amnesty International\, Human Rights Watch\, Truman Security Project.\n\nMedia and Communications: ABC News\, CNN\, C-SPAN\, Meet the Press\, Brookings Institution.\n\nLaw and Advocacy: National Women’s Law Center\, D.C. We seek motivated students ready to expand their academic and professional horizons.\n\nFunding Information:\nFunding is available for all admitted students.
