DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, October 11 for the Ann Arbor Comic Arts Festival (A2CAF): Small + Indie Press! This event offers the chance to meet comic artists\, support creators\, and learn about the art of creating comics outside of a traditional publisher. This event will also feature an Author Spotlight on Lisa Hanawalt\, the author and illustrator of the graphic novels Hot Dog Taste Test and Coyote Doggirl\, creator of the show Tuca and Bertie\, and producer of Bojack Horseman. We will meet right outside the Sweetwaters in the Michigan Union at 2 PM\, and walk together for 10 minutes to the Ann Arbor District Library. \n\nSpace is limited and registration is required.\n\nArt Meetups are student-led excursions to explore the arts on campus and in Ann Arbor - all while giving you a chance to meet your peers who share similar interests!
