First come\, first served! \n\nThis #SoYF (Smile on Your Face) well-being break highlights the emotional/mental and intellectual areas identified in the U-M eight dimensions of wellness. You might also argue that it fits the social component\, as well\, since we can read and discuss our books with friends.

DESCRIPTION:Graduate student Eva Albalghiti & LSA faculty member Jessi Grieser perform on the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Carillon\, an instrument of 60 bells with the lowest bell (bourdon) weighing 6 tons.\n\nThirty-minute recitals are performed on the Lurie Carillon every weekday that classes are in session. During these recitals\, visitors may take the elevator to level 2 to view the largest bells\, or to level 3 to see the carillonist performing. (Visitors subject to acrophobia are recommended to visit level 2 only.) An optional spiral stairway between levels 2 and 3 allows for up-close views of some of the largest bells.

Join us for an info session about the opportunities available to you through the Healthy Minds Alliance Public Health AmeriCorps program! The Healthy Minds Alliance is a National AmeriCorps program\, managed by Health360\, that aims to tackle the mental health crisis in our nation. The Healthy Minds Alliance is made up of agencies across the country that host AmeriCorps members in order to build capacity and expand resources at these sites. Health360 has partnered with various crisis call centers across the country in response totheir needs with the National Suicide Prevention Hotline 1-800 number transitioning to 988\, in the image of 911.
