DESCRIPTION:This workshop is open to all graduate students seeking guidance around interviewing for positions beyond tenure track roles\, which can differ greatly from the academic job search process. It also meets the needs of those applying to internships\, including those applying to the Rackham Doctoral Intern Fellowship Program. The workshop will focus on preparing graduate students to navigate the interview process\, and to effectively answer questions by strategically articulating strengths and skills. We will also discuss a framework for answering behavioral interview questions.\nThis event is intended to be interactive\, therefore a recording will not be available.\nThis workshop is designed for master’s students\, doctoral students\, and postdoctoral fellows. Produced\, written\, and directed by Yujiro Seki\, this documentary tells the authentic story of Busshi\, Japan's Buddhist sculptors.
