SUMMARY:Other:500 Fridays - OSCR: Conflict and Mediation
DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, we explore the basics of conflict resolution\, including conflict styles\, communication methods\, culture and conflict\, and active listening. We generally create two or more scenarios for participants to practice with that are adapted to the values and day-to-day activities of your group. We encourage participants to apply the communication methods to these scenarios\, and consider how individuals’ differing conflict styles impact how they approach the conflict. If you are familiar with our workshops\, this is our standard workshop that we have offered in past years. This workshop typically runs for 60 minutes.
