DESCRIPTION:Do you find yourself worrying about what others think\, avoiding social situations\, or wishing you could feel more confident and comfortable in groups? You’re not alone. Our 8-week social anxiety group therapy offers a supportive space to build social skills\, overcome anxiety\, and connect with others facing similar challenges.\n\nWhat to Expect in Our Group Therapy:\n+ Learn to identify and shift unhelpful thinking patterns\n+ Build practical coping skills for social situations\n+ Practice new strategies in a safe\, supportive\, and confidential environment\n\nDetails:\n- Who: Adults age 18+ experiencing social anxiety\, performance anxiety\, or seeking to gain confidence in social settings\n- When: Tuesdays\, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.\, (8 weeks)\n- Dates: April 21 – June 16\, 2026\n- Where: In-person at our conveniently located mental health clinic\, 210 S. 5th Ave.\, downtown Ann Arbor\n\nWhy Choose Group Therapy?\nGroup therapy for social anxiety provides unique benefits over individual counseling.
