DESCRIPTION:Spectrum Center's Pronouns 101 workshop is for faculty\, staff\, and students across all of the University of Michigan campuses interested in creating a culture of LGBTQIA2S+ inclusivity in their personal and professional lives. During this 2-hour interactive workshop\, participants will learn about pronouns\, gender inclusive language\, and the significance to queer and trans communities.\n\nLEARNING OBJECTIVES\n1. Define what pronouns are.\n2. Identify 2 inclusive practices for sharing your pronouns.\n3. Understand the impact of using people’s affirming pronouns.\n4. Apply 1 action-oriented goal to be more inclusive of trans & non binary people.\n\nHOW TO ATTEND\n- This session is intended for U-M students\, faculty\, and staff.
