SUMMARY:Well-being:Unlocking the First Cornerstone of Well-Being: Contentment
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an enlightening session on \"Contentment\,\" the first of the Five C’s: Contentment\, Calmness\, Compassion\, Courage\, and Clarity. These principles form the foundation of psychological balance\, emotional wellness\, and mental clarity\, leading to a life filled with happiness\, fulfillment\, and purpose.\n\nDiscover how to cultivate contentment in your daily life\, when you are completely at ease with what you are in life\, remaining steady and serene amidst life's ups and downs. Often\, we find contentment when external circumstances favor us\, such as a promotion\, appreciation or recognition. However\, true contentment is an inner state of being\, unshaken by external events. Contentment allows you to embrace the present moment fully\, without yearning for what's next or dwelling on what's passed. It's a serene state of being that brings joy\, tranquility\, and a profound sense of fulfillment.\n\nIn this session\, we will explore how to develop this inner state of contentment\, independent of external factors. Our discussion will include practical insights and techniques\, along with a hands-on Heartfulness practice and guided meditation. These practices are designed to help you experience\, internalize\, and embody contentment and the other Four C’s.\nDon't miss this opportunity to enhance your well-being and embrace a more balanced\, fulfilling life.\n\nThe session is Remote over Zoom and upon registration you will have the Zoom MeetingId and Passcode
