Participants will develop skills as future young professionals in financial services.  Piper Sandler encourages talented undergraduate sophomore students from all majors and disciplines to apply and be considered for the program.\nAs a participant in the program\, you will:\nGain exposure to our various business lines\nHear directly from our junior employees\nInteract with our firm's senior leadership\nEngage in group discussions and activities with outside consultants\nNetwork with your peers from around the country\nDay one of the program focuses on “Investing in You.”  Experts will facilitate interactive sessions on foundational and financial skills.Day two of the program focuses on “Building with You.”  Interaction with PSC professionals will provide you a better sense of the opportunities and culture at Piper Sandler.CEP Participants will be considered for 2026 summer internship opportunities across the firm. Lurie Carillon\, an instrument of 60 bells with the lowest bell (bourdon) weighing 6 tons.\n\nThirty-minute recitals are performed on the Lurie Carillon every weekday that classes are in session. During these recitals\, visitors may take the elevator to level 2 to view the largest bells\, or to level 3 to see the carillonist performing. (Visitors subject to acrophobia are recommended to visit level 2 only.) An optional spiral stairway between levels 2 and 3 allows for up-close views of some of the largest bells.
