Fehribach Center in Indianapolis hosts an internship program for college students with physical disabilities (mobility\, orthopedic\, visual\, &\; hearing) in which students are placed in apaid internship in a position that correlates with their academic major. Fehribach Center staff will give a virtual presentation for U-M students!To this point\, 228 students from 42 colleges have completed a totalof 468 internships\, with 65 students interning in the summer of 2023. Internships are available for students who just finished their freshman yearof college up to graduates within the last calendar year\, and internships can be provided for nearly all academic majors. Among the 46 employers who have hosted Fehribach Center interns are: Eskenazi Health\, Eli Lilly\,Cummins\, Ice Miller\, BraunAbility\, the Indiana Pacers\, the Indianapolis Children’s Museum\, Roche\, Republic Airways\, and Christel House International.
