Melissa is deeply involved with Union Pacific\u2019s Employee Resource Groups and has served as the President of Union Pacific Ties, the Young Professionals resource group. She holds her Society of Human Resource Management certification and is pursuing her Master of Business Administration degree through the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
