Monique also serves as the Executive Sponsor for the IMC Diversity and Inclusion Network. Prior to joining IMC, Monique was the Founding Partner and CEO of ISHR Group. Founded in 1999, ISHR Group provided executive assessment, development and coaching services globally. Her past roles include HR positions with General Electric and General Motors. Monique holds a JD from Albany Law School, an MLIR from Michigan State, and an AB in Psychology from the University of Michigan. She is a graduate of Leadership Georgia (2018) and Leadership Atlanta (2016). A detailed discussion of the flutter work will be provided, including: comparison of flutter results using panel method and CFD- based aerodynamics, CFD-based reduced-order flutter modeling discussion and results, and comparison against flight flutter test data.
