In this talk, which will likely generate more questions about these questions than answers to them, I bring some of my experiences doing disability studies as a disabled person to bear on a larger work-in-progress on disability marginalia.\n\nCurrently a fellow at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, Alison Kafer is the Embrey Associate Professor of [redacted] at the University of Texas at Austin. She is the author of Feminist, Queer, Crip, and her work has appeared in a number of journals and anthologies.
